this page covers frequently asked questions for the revenueengine extension if this is your first time using the revenueengine extension and you have not read the overview article , you may want to start there! where do i go to see the revenue i've generated? rest assured by entering your revenueengine id into the extension's prompt, we are able to consistently track your earnings for payout! since the revenueengine extension is an alpha product, that means you got in on the ground floor very early in our process! this gives you a chance to 'kick the tires', provide feedback/suggestions, and report issues we're actively working on future iterations of revenueengine and expect to have a full fledged earnings dashboard built in the near future! how do i get my revenueengine id? the revenueengine extension prompt will ask for your revenueengine id if you don’t have one of these, you can sign up here or click the link at the bottom of the revenueengine id screen in the extension how do i use the revenueengine extension? the first step was making it here! if you have not already, check out the knowledge base articles for the extension revenueengine extension overview creating links & summaries generating articles how do i see an end to end walkthrough video? we broke the walkthrough into more digestible pieces in the knowledge base articles and did the same with the video recordings! this should make it a bit easier to find what you're looking for quickly revenueengine extension overview creating links & summaries generating articles if you'd prefer watching the full end to end walkthrough video, it's available below! how do i submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas? we currently have the ability to submit feedback built into the extension's menu you can click the extension icon in chrome's toolbar (if you don't see it, first click the puzzle piece icon for chrome extensions, then click the pushpin icon to pin it to your toolbar) to open the extension menu > click submit feedback this will open a google form, add in your revenueengine id, and provide a field for you to submit feedback/suggestions/ideas! where can i see a list of known issues for the extension? look no further! here's the list! you can also find this at the bottom of the revenueengine extension overview known issues intuitive help text is not yet available on all screens ai service is still being tested and may crash sporadically ai generated summaries and listicles have the following limitations length of product summaries currently limited number of product summaries used to generate an article will fail if too many are selected for a single article generally this will currently allow around 10 summaries in a single article without issue some features may stop working and throw an error if the ai services have been overused how do i get help from somebody? we currently have the ability to get support built into the extension's menu you can click the extension icon in chrome's toolbar (if you don't see it, first click the puzzle piece icon for chrome extensions, then click the pushpin icon to pin it to your toolbar) to open the extension menu > click get support this will send you to the support section on the chrome web store page for revenueengine where you can submit a request note abuse of ai features will cause your extension’s ai features to become disabled temporarily if revenueengine detects a consistent pattern of abuse during the alpha, your ai features may be permanently disabled on the current version of the extension
